- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
- Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada, USA, unless prohibited by law.
